In December 2016 a rural hotel with more than 50 keys opened its doors for the first guests causing a sensation in Moscow and very soon becoming a Mecca for those seeking the escape from city life.

The popularity of the project very soon led to the growth of the local farmers community attracting mainly middle class professionals, shifting from big cities to new life in rural Russia. The Dacha has become a role model of the new village community in Russia, with 70 houses built to date and more than 100 houses planned for the coming 3 years.
